The services to children who are
blind or visually impaired vary drastically from state to state
and county to county. Some states have extensive services while
others seem to struggle. A lot of that depends on how
active the community has been. By becoming a member, we can work
together as parents and professionals towards an active
community while developing programs for our children who are
blind or visually impaired.
